What’s a token?
Tokens are units of measurement used to quantify the usage of AI features in our CRM application. The more you use, the more tokens you use. Each word uses about one token.
How do I get more tokens?
There are several ways:
- Your account is allocated a certain number of tokens depending on the Tier.
- Unused tokens do not roll over to the next period.
- Upgrade tier or reach out to us to to find out more information about token limits.
